Hello to my future employer, my name is Evangeline, you can call me Eva or Vangie as my friends call me.
My home address is La Union, Philippines. Farming is basically my Family's source of income. The reason I came to work to Hongkong was the hard life we have. Now my mom is diagnose with high blood and diabetes and also now she's insulin dependent to maintain he blood sugar.
The reason I'm looking for a new employer,it's because my employer told me in whats app they are not going to renew my contract because the girl I took care off is going to study in UK. Either ma'am or sir will be leaving with her there. While one of them stays to look after the 16yr old boy. Basically they can manage those things already. I've been working for them for 8 yrs and my visa ends in September 29, 2025. Through the years I've learn to cook but its just that they are simple family and dishes i prepared are also simple chinese dishes. I'm willing to learn if given the chance to work for your family. I can definitely assure you i am trainable.
I'm looking for an employer who is kind and understanding , treat me nicely and don't shout when things goes wrong. I also prefer to have my own room cause ive been sharing the bedroom with the kid and its not easy,especially now his all grown up and he doesn't let me enter the room at once even if they told him to. There's always big expectations from both sides but as long as I'm told to do things and explain to me what i need to accomplish then i know i can definitely meet your expectations.
My daily routine now because its summer break i wake up at 7am have my breakfast and do the laundry. Cleaning the house is only done when they are awake, so sometimes they wake up 9 0r 10, sir will give me my market money to buy the food for lunch and dinner. He tells me if join or not.when i comeback from the market is start preparing kids breakfast basically just egg and sometimes instant noodles. then i start doing the house hold works. I'll take time also to prepare the lunch for the kids basically they prefer rice. but on weekends they take udon. 8pm is dinner time and sometimes my boss eats until 1030 and I need to wait until they finish before I can start washing dishes. i do take shower in the morning and night time ido the wash my clothes with own hands and i also do half bath that time. now if I'm done there still need to wait for the kid to open his room before I can enter and go to sleep. My personality I'm a little shy but once I'm ok with the environment I'm in I can definitely adjust at once.
