Hi ma'am/sir I am Marites 39 yrs old,a mother of 1 daughter age 16,Married but separated and currently here in Bancagan Naguilian La Union Philippines .I have 6 siblings and Im the eldest in the family.My working experience as domestic helper are first in Malaysia 2012-2015 with Chinese family of (6) 3 teen girls age15,17,19 and 1 boy 6 yrs old.My main duties are doing the household chores like cleaning,washing clothes,car washing,gardening,roning,cooking meals,Helping the children to go to school in the morning like waking them up in the morning I make sure that they leave the house on time and won't be late to school,prepare their breakfast, snack box and water bottle.
My employers are both working in the morning and come back at dinner time so I make sure dinner are served on the table once they arrived.I have finished my contract with them and dicided to go home but my ma"am asked me a favor to extend until the children finished their school so I waited them to finished their school and go home..
My second working experience is in Hongkong with Chinese family also (June 2015-Sept2018),2 adults+1 child boy age 6 and 1 baby 7 months old.My main duties are cleaning the house,cooking,marketing,washing clothes,ironing. help taking care of the baby grandma is coming over that time to help because I'm ,sending koko to school and fetching him in the afternoon but when muimui grow and start to go to school I need to send and fetch her also from different school to his brother so I look after them both I make sure they are safe until we go home especially when we are outside.My employers are both working also and come back at dinner time so I make sure too that dinner are served on the table when they arrived.
I have finished my first contract with them and I signed again for my second contract with them but things changed when my ma'am lost her job they terminated my contract when I'm almost finished my second contract and never hire new one after me. I don't know their real reason why they terminated me but I still respect them and understand their situation.
I have received a herfelt message from my maam after I leave their house she apologize and thank me for serving their family and taking care of their children as my own .Knowing that my ma"amr appreciate me that time I feel so happy my sadness turns into joy.I move forward and find another employer still in Hong Kong.
I meet my third employer in one of the agency in Hong Kong by face to face interview.They are Korean family(Dec2018-June2024) 2 adults,2 boys age 10 ,12 and 1 girl only more than 1 yrs old when I start working with them.i have 2 co-workers with the family 1 male Filipino driver and 2 helpers including me.My main duties are Walking the dog in the morning,Feeding the dog and giving her medicine base on her schedule,Gardening, Cleaning the House upstairs and cleaningtoilets,Changing bedsheets Washing clothes,ironing,Organizing and putting clothes inside the cabinets, Preparing snacks and lunchbox for the boys help them with their needs when they have soccer games or other extra lessons and activity,Cooking meals Baking,helping in the kitchen especially when have party guest coming, Taking care of the child when she is still young I need to look after her safety and help what she need ,I tooked her a bath,feeding her on time giving her milk,change diapers.playing,taking her to playdates reading stories,putting her to sleep As she grows, her schedule change when she start to go to school I need to wake her up in the morning help her get ready to school feed her breakfast and send her to school with me and fetch her after her school,I go with her also to her extra lessons after school like piano lesson,ice skating,Art class, balletclass,soccer,tennis,swimming and taekwondo ,I go with her also if she have playdates with her friends outside or sometimes just the two of us or with the dog playing having picnic at Repulse bay or deep Water bay catching crabs.When pandemic time we do hiking after her online class I always looked after her safety wherever we are..My ma"am and her family are good and kind they brought me to different countries with them I got the chance to see their very clean and beautiful country Korea twice we stay there for 1 month during the pandemic My duties there are cleaning the house,Washing clothes,Cooking mainly taking care of the kids helping with there needs.They brought me also to Europe like Italyand Switzerland my work only are helping the kids on their needs,mainly look after the youngest feed her,showered her play or walked with her outside.I am grateful and thankful to my ma"am bcoz she gave me extra money if we traveled. The two boys are already in the US studying and only the girl 6 yrs old need to take care off.Our employers dicided to poster a baby so Ma"am, me, and my co worker help to each other to take care of the baby.I helped shower the baby,feed milk,change diaper,putting the baby to sleep,ma'am will sleep with the baby.If ma"am go to travel I will be the one to sleep with the baby.I have experienced taking care of 2 poster babies already during my working years with them first is a baby boy and second is a baby girl Ma"am gave us also extra income on taking care of the poster babies.Im suppose to finished my third contract with them last Dec.2024 but I need to go home very soon due to personal reason. We both agree to terminate my contract.My ma"am is very kind because she still gave me my(LS) Long Service I feel so blessed and forever gratefull and thankfull to the Lee Family especially to my ma"am because eversince she understand my situation.
For now ma"am/ sir I am currently working here in the Philippines as Merchandzer at the Robinson Supermarket Though my salary here ma'am/sir are not enough for living and I'm the breadwinner of the family ma"am/sir. I planned already ma'am/sir to apply and comeback again to Hong Kong after my daughter's graduation and already finished last April 15-2025 ma'am/sir.I decided to comeback and work again there in HK ma"am bcoz it's the safest country to work with. My daughter also is going to college already ma"am so I need to earn more for her study ma"am/sir. and I want also to help my parents ma'am/sir they are getting old already and son my father was'nt ble to work anymore.Please ma'am / sir give me a chance to work in your Family,I am God Fearing, Reliable,Hardworking,Trustworthy, Can follow instructions ,Love Cooking following cooking instruction and I'm a loving auntie to babies and kids.
