Requesting helpers to try out in your home is not legal. Our agency encourages our clients to conduct interviews instead of trials. Besides, helpers can only attend interviews on their day-offs, their time is limited as they will have to attend interviews with other families as well. An interview will be more suitable than a trial, given the short time. We hope that you understand such a situation
